Our Middleton ranch is the residential home for women in the Treasure Valley, a short drive west of Boise. Women live on site and step fully out of the environments where addiction took hold, into a structured day of clinically proven therapy, 12-Step work, and faith-centered community. The rural setting does real work here: space, quiet, and a household of women committed to the same change. After residential, most women continue with our Boise outpatient office to protect what they've built.

Brandi Gillen serves as the Program Manager of the Renaissance Refuge residential program in Middleton, Idaho. As a Certified Recovery Coach, she combines professional expertise, strong organizational leadership, and lived experience to support women as they build healthy, fulfilling lives in recovery. Brandi is committed to creating a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where each woman is treated with dignity, respect, and hope. As a woman in recovery, Brandi understands firsthand the courage, perseverance, and support needed to create lasting change. Her journey has strengthened her passion for helping others discover their own resilience and sense of purpose. Guided by strong family values, Brandi believes that recovery can restore relationships, rebuild trust, and create a foundation for future generations. She is honored to serve the women of Renaissance Refuge and to be part of a community dedicated to healing, connection, and lasting recovery.
